At Muterconn, accessible from https://muterconn.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information we collect and record, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account and Authentication Information

Sign-Up Details: When you register for an account (via email or third-party sign-in providers), we collect your email address, first name, and last name.
Identity Provider Data: If you sign in using third-party single sign-on (SSO) providers, we receive basic profile details (such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL) authorized by your provider.

B. Google API User Data (OAuth)

When you choose to authenticate using your Google Account, we access information via Google OAuth scopes. We only request non-sensitive access:

Email Address (.../auth/userinfo.email): Used to create your Muterconn account, verify your identity, and send transaction receipts.
Profile Info (.../auth/userinfo.profile & openid): Used to display your name and profile avatar inside the web dashboard.
Usage and Transfer: We do not use, share, or transfer Google user data for advertising, marketing, or general tracking. Your Google account data is used solely to authenticate your access to your Muterconn dashboard.

C. Device and Connection Telemetry

If you link your device to our network or run our client software, we collect:

Device Identifiers: A secure, cryptographic one-way hash derived from your device's configuration to verify identity and subscription pairings.
Connection Parameters: Network interface configurations (such as IP address families) required to facilitate routing and slot discovery.
Performance Metrics: Bandwidth usage (data transfer volume), connection latency, and online/offline status to manage usage limits and ensure network reliability.

D. Billing and Payment Information

All transactions are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateways. Muterconn does not store or process your credit card numbers, bank details, or cryptocurrency private keys on our servers. We only receive payment confirmation tokens and status updates from these processors.

2. Zero-Logs Traffic Policy

Muterconn operates a strict Zero-Logs Policy for traffic routed through our network:

We do not monitor, inspect, collect, or store the contents of your internet traffic (such as the websites you visit, the data you transmit, or the applications you run).
We only log aggregate bandwidth usage (total bytes sent and received) to calculate subscription balances and enforce plan limits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information in the following ways:

To establish and secure your user account and verify your identity.
To link and authenticate your client devices to your active subscription.
To dynamically allocate connection slots and calculate bandwidth allocations.
To send transactional notifications, account verifications, and invoice receipts.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Retention: We retain your account data and paired device hashes as long as your account is active to provide the Service.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, please email us at admin@muterconn.com. Upon request, your account, paired device tokens, and email records will be permanently deleted from our databases within 7 business days.

We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform:

Identity Management Providers: To secure login sessions and protect user credentials.
Transactional Email Services: To deliver account verification codes and system notifications.
Payment Processors: To securely validate transactions and manage subscription plans.
