Terms of Service for Muterconn™

Welcome to Muterconn! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://muterconn.com, the web panel, and the Muterconn software suite (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or running our client software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Muterconn provides a network resource sharing platform.

• Users purchase subscription plans to route network traffic securely through allocated connection slots.
• Node Providers install the client software on their devices to share network bandwidth in exchange for platform allocations or rewards.

2. User Accounts & Device Pairing

• You must provide accurate information (such as a valid email address) during registration.
• To link a device to your account, you must complete the secure device authentication handshake. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your paired hardware and account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Muterconn network or allow your shared bandwidth to be used to conduct any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Activities: Accessing, hosting, or distributing content that violates local, national, or international regulations.
• Network Abuse: Initiating DDoS attacks, port scanning, spamming, credential stuffing, carding, or hacking attempts through the network.
• Infrastructure Bypass: Attempting to bypass subscription traffic caps or reverse engineering the authentication and licensing verification systems.
• Malicious Code: Distributing malware, ransomware, or other harmful software.

4. Node Provider Conditions

If you run the client software to share network resources:

• You acknowledge that you are sharing your local network bandwidth and connection interfaces with the network.
• You agree not to manipulate or spoof cryptographic device identifiers or network adapter telemetry to bypass verification.
• Muterconn is not responsible for any local network service provider billing overages, bandwidth throttling, or device hardware issues arising from running the client software.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed in advance through our authorized third-party payment partners (supporting standard local payments and cryptocurrency).
• All sales are final. Due to the resource-allocated nature of network bandwidth, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". MUTERCONN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING SPEED, UPTIME, AND AVAILABILITY.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL MUTERCONN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DECENTRALIZED PROXY NETWORK.
